PC is working slow

PC is working slow , I have done disk cleanup, deleted temperary files and defragmented all drives. there is no virus detected still it is slow.pls help

try using a registry cleaner ......

also use ccleaner & remove all unwanted keys .......

Check the PC with Spybot SnD or spyware termintor for spywares.
