Blank Optical Media

Is there any software or tool available which can detect whether a Blank
DVD is good 4 storing data or not(I mean the layers r good) coz there
r lots of bad Discs in the market (Burn,National,etc) & sometimes the Genuine Brands also fails (SOny,Moser Baier)

I use nero Disc Speed but it can only scan a DVD/CD if its fully loaded with data....:D

Try simulation mode in nero... coz it simulates writing and then shows if any errors.

i use "national" and "nmore" blank cds they are really good and never let me down

^^ national fails sometime, but mmore is d best u can get aftr sony Original.:D

do u know where this option is available in Nero....

& will simulation mode burn the data virtually not physically....:confused:
