View Full Version : v3000 drivers installation problem..

I hope I am at right place to get rid of very irritation problem I am facing.
I am having v3000 notebook. I have recently installed win xp on that have downloaded drivers from the hp site for various components like audio, nvidia geforce 6150, ethernet and wireless.. But when I install any of these setups, I get the message that the drivers u r installing is not compatible with any of the devices, setup will exit.. in cse of audio message like unable to initialize the audio device comes.. Earlier the dealer has done all the installations.. so I was not aware of such problem.. Can any body please help me in that..

Hi,

Don't you have the Recovery Disk ? Also let us know originally it was XP or Vista when you bought it.

Manually Add Hardware through control panel & check it out giving the path of .inf file.
