Rediff Auction- Did any of you try?

Hey guys

Did any of you tried Rediff Auction? Is it safe and so you get what you bid for? I just found out about a Hobby Toolkit there for Rs. 25.00 (Instant Buy)+ 130 shipping, but I never did any online purchase, so bit confused about the product's quality and safety of transaction.
