Wanted: Style CSS downloaded or uploaded

I had a software called Style CSS. Now I just don't know where to download it from. The name I've giuven might be wrong, butt hey it isn't Simple CSS. Can you please tell me from where I can get it. I've searched a lot of it but yielded no results.

Also can you tell me about some good CSS editing softwares...
