these 975 boards by intel are outdated ones.if u gotta spend 9-10k i'd suggest to go for a Abit IP 35 Pro with intel chipset or a MSI p7n Sli with Nvidia 750i

Which proc. do you haf? Since you are using i845 chipset based board I suppose you haf a older socket 478 based proc. which will NOT work on the newer boards.

If you don't wanna overclock then go for Intel mobos, DG33 based mobo is good value for money and rock solid in stability. If you plan to overclock then I'd suggest you buy either Abit IP35E or Biostar/MSI P35 Neo.

a real good config for u will be a Q6600 and Abit IP35-E (intel chipset mobo) if u stick to a single graphics card
and if its gonna be 2 cards-it will be a P7N Sli Platinum or Abit IP 35 Pro

Intel DP35DPM + Intel Q6600 - If you insist only on Intel.
There are better ones as suggested by others in the means Abit, MSI, ASUS & so on.
E8200/E8400 wont be good option here as you are on to video editing and similar stuffs
