CD drive not opening

I know this sounds silly, but my CD-Drive doesnt open ( the cd-tray doesnt come out )..

I have to give my pc a jerk a few times and if i'm lucky, i manage to open it..

Can anyone suggest how to solve this problem?

Try repairing/replacing.

Not other options.

u can use white grees for the tray to slide smoothly, but not sure it will work or not !!
