Airtel Extreme Speed !!

Hey guys... i know this has been discussed many a times on the forum before, but i cudnt resist myself from posting it here....

I have a 128kbps airtel connection and there are times it gives me extreme speeds.. has happened with my friend once and today was the second time it has happened with me.

How come it gives me so blazing speed. but everytime i face this extreme speed, if i restart my PC or the modem the speed returns to normal.

I got 1341kbps speed on my speedtest and got maximum torrent download speed of 270KB/s.

Can any1 explain wat is happening ???

Actually Airtel is upgrading speed, and at some place going to start 8 mbps.

rejoice my friend. This sometimes happens with some cable modem connetions, but havnt sen such gr8 speeds.
I have 128 ul Asianet at Kerala nd some rare times i get 512 ul..nd will be gone after reconnection[turnof PC/modem].
