Checking the RAM [Archive]

Just bought a DDR 400 RAM. How do i confirm this fact. I mean which utility can I use to check the Latency, speed etc. Please do help guys.

easy way is to use BIOS

use del or f2 or f1 key depending upon mb to get into the bios
