Problem with TurboC

When i try to open TurboC app on my PC,,it gives the following error message:
C:\TCEXE~1.PIF
C:\PROGRA~1\Symantec\S32EVNT1.DLL.An installable Virtual Device Criver failed DLL initialization. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

When I start Turbo C++,my CPU usage goes upto 100%.Why's that so?

^^ That happens because TurboC was actually written for 16bit OS.... Windows is 32 bit OS..... So, when it emulates that S/W (turboc), then it uses more CPU cycles.... it happens almost everywhere....

PCWORM the same had happened with me when I removed Norton Antivirus 2005 from my computer. Did you also do the same?
