FF Default for YM Only!!!

Hi,
I prefer FireFox for Browsing(No Need to Tell Why :wink: ) But the PC I use,
is used by others also and All of them Prefer IE.So that prevents me from
making FF the Default Browser.But Whenever I SignIn into Yahoo Messenger,
When I click on the "You've Got X Mails-Go To Yahoo Inbox",I want it to be
Opened in FireFox & NOT IE.

How can I go About Doing it?

Which OS you are using? If it's XP, then you can create another user, which has FF as the default browser, and you can use it.

or if ur not allowed to create user on tht PC then... simply go old way.... open Y!M and sign-in with ur password and username... ;-)

it's just diff of few milliseconds with Firefox... 'coz Fox rocks ;-) ;-) which can be ignored... isn't it??

I Use Windows 98.So I can't create a new User.

Whenever I connect to the net 7 Click on Yahoo messenger,It automatically
Signs me In ( Only I use YM on the PC) and if there's any new mails,
displays so.When I click on the "Go to My Inbox" IE opens up.

I want this to be opened in FF without having to make FF the Default
browser.Others who use this PC atre'nt familiar with FF & hence use IE only.
Making FF the default Browser is,thus,outta the question.

So How Do I Go about it?

u can disable, if u want auto sign-in to y!m thru Preferences [press ctrl shift p in y!m]

for FF... i don't think u can't make y!m to open web without making it the default browser!!

.... :bulb: :idea: wish have a browser setting tht "this site will open thru this browser and that site frm tht browser".... cool, isn't it?? ;-)
