my sys not work properly

this is mahe.my system configuration P IV 2.4 Ghz,Mercury Pi845glm Mother Board,128 MB DDR,40 Gb Segate Hdd,1.44 sony.Now a days my sys(Last week I Purchse this Sys) not working
1.When i am swith on my pc it Shows some press f10 for ur Booting records

2.Booting time is too long

3.some times its not booting

4.when i browse the internet explorer have shows some error mess - your iexplor dosn't work properly

I dont Know how can i solve this problem _________________

try using Firefox instead of Iexplorer. Firefox is the best

if u got yousr system only a week ago the it possibly stiil is under warranty. take it back to where you got your pc from. and blame them.

Yeah. get them to format ur system and reinstall everything afresh.
