Yeah 4gb kingston is around 700 rs.

^ Get a U3 based drive,
Like the Sandisk Cruzer , they have antivirus built in, that scans the system before it lets you open the files.

From whatever information I gathered I heard Corsair and Sandisk Cruzer are the best followed by Kingston and Transcend. There are several models available in these you need to check out more about it.
