best budget music phone

i have 4-5K max to spend on a phone, my requirement is that it needs to have a good sound clarity, i like SE w200i the new pice here in bangalore is around 4.5k.
i am ready to buy a second hand phone too.
so please suggest me some nice phones in this range. if it has bluetooth it would be great, but sound should be best.
i am getting money by this weekend.

if u dont mind a bit low quality screen ..and a trendy slider design ..then u shld go for Nokia 5200
