It's difficult to work up any enthusiasm for the T303, billed as it is as a phone which "does the basics well". Basics - camera, MP3 player, Bluetooth - are the things that we don't even bother analysing normally, when there are phones out there that open doors (http://www.shinyshiny.tv/2008/02/mwc_2008_docomo_1.html), test for halitosis (http://www.shinyshiny.tv/2008/02/mwc_2008_docomo.html) and look like something out of the future (http://www.shinyshiny.tv/2007/11/shiny_review_ap.html). Still, you can only assume that Sony Ericsson are easing us in gently into a whole slew of exciting product announcements. Or maybe they meant to announce this at MWC, and suddenly realised they hadn't when they stumbled on it under a pile of papers on their desk, whilst doing a quick tidy up.

Anyway, it's got a 1.3 megapixel camera, FM radio, Bluetooth and media player, and will be available in silver and black. Unsurprisingly, it's going to be a budget phone so will be available on the cheaper contracts.
