I think N82 is available in local market but no idea regarding black model as I asked to local retailer few days ago.

Regarding N96 & N82 difference. Not vast but N82 has smaller screen then N96. N82 doesn't have Infrared Port too, OS is better in N96, but battery standby is better in N82.

Rest we must wait for release of N96 before saying anything. Incase N82 is released.:rolleyes:

Ya probably N96 is better on features over N82 but still its time in its release,so if you can wait..:)
