Web Page Clustering

Frenz I'm doing Bsc Comp Science .... and have this project on web page clustering.... I've googled up the entire net but hardly found any thing on Link based clustering and Term based clustering. Can you gimme sm links where I can find the info..

Whenever I search for the info I get some research papers. BUT I NEED TO HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE ABOVE TWO CONCEPTS FIRST.
