Need 3gp Help

I downloaded some videos from utube and then converted it into 3gp for my cellphone. but am getting a error sayig ~~~ parameter limit exits . can some one help me out why am getting this error .

Make sure the nameof file is not so long.

use total video convertor and the name shouldn't be too large..cut it short.
and make sure its 3gpp and not 3gpp2..dun kno what rockr supports

dude reduce the frame rate(standard is 12.5) ,bit rate (standard is 144 for vid).

but that will be done .... by the converter itself when i convert the video into 3gpp right
