HI i just got my thermalright ultra 120 extreme(TRUE)...its giving me very nice temps...
CPU:Q6600 OC to 2.8Ghz
Vcore:1.3v(stock)
ambient:29C
Idle temps:32-34C
load temps:50-52C(under prime 95 for 3hrs)
