Is this official?

It is official.I had no doubt since I knew that VOICE is one of the registered consumer organisations with TRAI.

Subsequent to my posting here, a number of posts appeared in various other forums replicating my post and a number of people have expressed reservations on the genuineness of the survey.

It is regrettable that no information is readily available in TRAI site itself or it is buried deep somewhere and not readily accessible.

However I was able to confirm on this doing a google search.

Here is the press release:

In view of the clarification given by Proton that this survey is official, by giving the link to the official press release, every digitician using the broadband services should actively participate in the survey.

cool_techie_tvm who lifted this post by proton and posted it in other forums, should also now post the link to the official TRAI press release in such forums so that giving false info and making a mockery of the survey stops.
