pals.....
i have a network of 6 computers and 4 printers,,,,at my office....
it has 2 8port 10/100mbps switches..... but now i m suffering from speed bottlenecks...
so plannign 2 upgrade my network to 1000mbps switches....
since my cables are all cat5e, so no upgradation in the cable system is needed,,,
just lan cards 4 the pcs..and switches.....2 connect them.....
but needed 2 know, printers have 10/100mbps speeds 2 connect .....
so can i buy 1 1000mbps switch 2 conect my pcs,,,and
use an existing 10/100mbps switch 2 connect the printer.....or have 2 buy 2 1000mbps switches...
can 2 different switches, 10/100 and 1000 will work 2gether or not.....
