does higher page rank means more money per click .. is it ??

and when will a site get a page rank that was started on jan 15th ?? any idea guys ??

yeah.. if ur PR is high, then ur CTR and eCPM will also be high.. so the pay per click will be high,.

and google will update PR of all the sites periodically...

PR has got nothing to do with CTR and eCPM. Your site's content has everything to do with your earnings.

eCPM depends on the ads which depends on the content of your site
CTR depends on how well your ads are optimized and placed, and the type of traffic you are getting.

PR doesn't give you anything.
