safyway adware

hey guys...
In my internet explorer i get www.safyway.blogspot.com on address bar.

how should i remove this..i tryed CCcleaner Ad ware and also AVG spyware removal. but its still there..

because of this whenever i search any think in google...and i click on any link searched by google it redirect to some other site...

what shold i do...

i think becuase of this my mozilla gets hang.

hey followed the the process but its not going from there....


here main problem i'm facing is my mozzilla get hang in every 30 to 40 sec.
