Error in WDSync Software

On trying to open the WD(Western Digital) Sync Software through my Passport Portable Drive(160GB) on my desktop computer(Win XP Pro,1GB RAM,Intel 865GBF), I get the error :

"The dynamic link library - libeay32.dll could not be found".

I tried to run it on my old laptop and WD Sync worked there. I copied the "libeay32.dll" file from the laptop to my desktop's 'windows\system32' and 'windows\system' folder. After I copied that file, it showed another error :

"The ordinal 2821 could not be located in the dll libeay32.dll"

I asked WD Support Service this question but they haven't replied for over 10 days. I even downloaded that dll from the internet and copied it everywhere. Still it's not working. I downloaded WDSync from WD's site but still the same error. Please Please Reply.
