Eset online Scanner (NOD32)

AFAIK, Online Scanners doesn't consume much bandwidth. This is because, online scanners uses active x control. All it needs to run the engine is download active x file and then definitions which in whole is less than 30 MB. Once definitions are downloaded, active x runs in the browser and scans the PC.
