I saw a music video on some music channel in my tata sky, and I forgot its name. Please help me find its name by the following data:

1. Its used as an intro theme for Dance Music in some chanel(mtv/VH1/Channel V)

2. It is by the Chemical Brothers(80% sure)

3. Its music video has in the begining a scene in a gulf country where a boy is getting his tooth removed. They talk in some strange language(AFAIK) and the boy, who is scared of getting his teeth removed from the crude tools that the remover uses, runs away. His friend asks why he ran away. They then spot a cassette on the ground. The boy takes it, and puts it in a dirty music player. Suddenly, everyone starts dancing. I can remember these details, but not the song name. Please help, as a friend wants that music video.

What I observed

Saw this song on Channel[V] today

This guy is talking about his college days - relly nice tune with english lyrics interspread within the hindi song

The guy has long hair and is playing the guitar

The building where it was shot is unplastered and looked awfully close to the IIM-A campus, but unlikely since he is talking about his College life

Please help me id the artist
