After installing CorelDraw, everytime i am trying to run it i am getting this message.

MSXML4.dll is very much present in system32 folder. I have uninstalled and reinstalled without any result.
Can u guys help me here.
I running XP, sp 2. And in case u r wondering, Corel was bundled on a DVD of a magazine (July '06, issue).

I am so sorry guys..........minutes after making this post, my friend mails me the solution and its solved. For those who might be facing the same problem, heres the solution. Just re-register msxml4.dll
