help cant install nero

hello friends i am havinf a peculiar problem with nero.when ever i try to install the installation does not atart and shows a message that the software has not passed windows vrification bla bla bla.i have installed it previously but after reinstalling windows a few days back this started happeing

i am using nero essential which is being provided with my dvd writer


i have downloaded the latest ms installer but the problem is still there,

i have also noticed that the file nero.exe is not being copied during installation and thats where the installation fail

are you logged in as administrator. Seems the administrator has blocked software that has not passed windows logo testing.
