I want to make my 1GB usb pen drive bootable with dos. how to make this ? can anyone suggest ?

I have "HP Drive Key Boot Utility" which can also make bootable usb pen drive. but the problem is it reduces the pen drive size to 1.44 mb and i can not keep my additional required files in the same disk. Is there any other utility available which can make a boot disk with DOS and still use the whole 1GB disk for other purpose along with boot disk. please help....

make a bootable floppy by using the "Create bootable disk" option in windows.....
copy all those files to the pen-drive...it might work.

Why dont u use "DSL" (damn small linux)....it is a small linux distro (50 mb)which u can install on ur pendrive, which is also more functional than dos...
and u can also keep all other files on it.
