If it has been used with ReadyBoost, its life will have been significantly reduced due to the frequent read/write cycles. And Some file types have been known to do some *things* to the pendrive. OK, the later may not be as important, but if its been abused with ReadyBoost, I would say that after 9 months, only 10% of its life will be left now.

And regular formatting, creating and deleting then reformatting partitions in the pendrive is another thing to watch out for. This too ruins the pendrive.

Please don't think I ask questions without reason.:)

What about the number of partitions in it and the times you have formatted it using windows XP or similar's partition utility ?

OK, your pendrive is worth around Rs. 375-400 in market(brand new).
So you might want to lower the price a bit. It looks quite fine to me if you are not lying.
