All your temperatures are ok.. Nothing to worry.. Add an extra fan in the cabinet which may reduce the system temperature and provide proper ventilation in your cabinet.
And btw, use some other softwares other than ntune to see if ntune is displaying the correct temp. cuz ntune says my motherboard runs at 170C :lol:http://gigasmilies.googlepages.com/31a.gif

For checking Graphics card temps you can use RivaTuner.

^^But everest is of no use if you want to Overclock.
Its good enuf to see the temperature of all components like CPU, motherboard, Graphics Card, Hard disk etc.. :)

OCing and monitoring companions - CPUZ, Core temp, rmclock, asus pc probe 2.0, nvidia control panel, for gfx only - rivatuner, atitool
stability test companions - OCCT, prime95, SuperPI, Sissandra,

For nvidia cards the best is nvtemplogger from guru3d

^^+1 to nvtemplogger ! small footprint + depandable. however its only for monitoring purpose, not for OC.

It seems nVtemplogger doesn't support SLI.

Provide some ventilation in your cabinet...
Which GPU do you use??
