Maybe its possible through LAN.. Not sure.. But im sure you cant do that offline.. AFAIK, you could do that in Cricket 97....:D:D:D:lol:

Just plug a gamepad.And in the game where you select two teams.You will see keyboard icon on one team and the gamepad icon on another team.Simple(mere liye tere pata nahi).
