Hey peeps, which player would be the best bet within this budget?? need to gift this. I have already fallen for the red 8gig nano. what would be your suggestions be? n are the vids/pics in it clearly viewable? what are the pros/cons with da player?? i know about itunes+no fm for one, any others?

also have the zen 16gig and cowon d2 4gig in mind. what say you guys?

also, which sites offer the best offers on these players?

^^ But you can buy it here. Why do you need to import it? The 8gb version comes between 8-9k. Just go to a shop and check it out yourself.

if u were getting it for urself i'd have suggested the creative zen, but if its for a gal, the red nano it is....also, pre-load it with some nice handpicked songs

well i do hate to say this (since i hate every thing associated with apple except their hardware architecture) but nothing beats gifting an ipod nano to a girl. Will 200% sweep her of her feet.

awwrite guys...the nano it is. thanks everyone. but one more thing, which site offers the best deal on such stuff? and can i use my credit card for that? ill get it shipped to nashville prolly, n frm there sumone will bring it back. the apple site's charging almost $18 in taxes. anyways can i save on that? coz i need to buy the accessories too. i wanna buy from apple since its offering me the laser engraving thingy+gift wrappin, and most importantly: the red nano. :)
