I've heard that Uniross is the best, but it's a tad costly. Is that true ? ;)

From whatever information I gathered Uniross is best. Infact I saw Canon Authorised Dealers keeping it as well.

Uniross is more expensive than sony and they have only 2100 mAh while Sony is available for rs400 for a pack of 2 which are 2500 mAh.
