You get a 2gb card with the n73me and better head fones.

it has differnet firmware, although u can flash n73 with n73 ME firmware :D

Nope both the n73 and n73me have the same firmware now officially.

^^ The memory card will be around 1.2k and the headset will be around 600-800 bucks.

Btw there is a new firmware available for N73 Music Edition v4.0750.31.2.1.
