Difference between black 6233 and silver 6233?

What is the difference between these two?
Are they same except colors?
Which one looks good?

There is a new gold colored 6233 released recently. Looks lot lot better than black/silver color

no difference except for color.

there is not any difference between that two
but there are some difference between 6233 and 6233M specially with memory and network support.
in black and silver i like black more
