is there any way one could recover an overwritten file .... it was n ms excel file which was physically overwritten ... i want to get back the data which was stored in the previous file, i.e the one which was over written .... i tried many softwares , even winhex, but no luck .... even the system has no prior recovery point .... any help appreciated ...
