This kind of scheme is there for airtel users before every major festival...
They have a stock of 10-15 messages which they keep sending to whoever who SMSes those keywords to them...
It's there is delhi circle always...

Nothing new. Airtel gives users the options to download free sms greetings for other festivals like Diwali, Dussehra, Holi and New Year etc for free in Delhi. You just need to send GREET to 170(toll free) and you can get many greetings by sending this message again and again
