I am planning to make a CD with some temples list. I am planning it like a map of India (static, not online) , then temple names placed on various parts. For the map with place names, it is ok copying the map from google ? That is what I meant. I know using the map online keeping google's name is ok, but confused as it is CD. Also, it is for a non-profit organization.

Terms are pretty diplomatic :lol: see if the CD is used for personal use then its free...

if you are using for education for children, then still its free, but you need to obtain permission...

if you are NGO or non profit org using it for training purpose then it can be free depending on google...

but if you plan to sell the CD then no.. i guess not, there is paid versions...
