hi guys dunno where 2 post this so postin it here
well i got a mtnl trump prepaid connection on 20 th oct 2007.
from thereon whenever a mtnl landline calls me and i talk i can hear a repetition of ma own voice. same if i call a mtnl landline. calls made from/to mobiles dont show this prob.
im currently living in nerul, navi mumbai.
i registered abt 25 complaints with the mtnl cc but no response as always. ive even put my sim in ma friends handset but the same prob crops up.
another thing:
when a call from the mumbai landline comes the echo isnt there. so the prob exists only in navi mumbai landlines maybe. i tried all the suggestions the cc guys gave but none of them worked.
hence plz guide me what to do next. i even complained to the manager of the nerul exchange but no response from them too.
if anybody here faced a similar prob then plz let me know.the cc guys continiously give a temp network problem as a excuse. but if that was the case then i should hve finished a call without an echo atleast once? but that hasnt happened yet.
if you have any no of a higher official of the mtnl mobile section then plz provide.hoping to get a reply from u guys soon.
