Need to transfer money from Paypal

I am a collg student and want to open a bank account for transferring the money from Paypal ... so which bank should I prefer ...(minimum account balance and which type of account)...if possible other than SBI...

I am not very aware of such things..so silly questions....:) Also...which bank credit card would work with Paypal...with minimum risk factor..(risk is evrywhere)...but..then also...Can I apply for a credit card (i m eligible)...of a bank without having account in that bank......

What is credit limit and other sorts of limit related to CC ??? :???:

Now coming to your questions.
1) Prefer SBI over ICICI.
2) The best credit card to verify paypal account is virtual credit card.Some banks like HDFC issue virtual credit card.

If I apply a CC from my father's card as a Addon Card ..can I use it to get verified in paypal....as i am not eligible for CC directly.
