hi
i have installed the Nokia phone softwate updater sometines during 9/2007. now that the same has corrupted and i wish to reinstall the same, first by removing the said software, but whenever i try to remove i recieve the following message
" error 1720.
there is problem with the windows installer package.A script required for this install to complete could not be run. contact your system vendor.
custom action- kill process script error-2147217407,: line 5 column1"
ok
when i hit the ok button, another box containing a message viz" fatal error during installation.
my system vendor dows not know beyand the hardware assembly
kindy any one please suggest a way out
