setup not loading ....

hi
today i reinstalled my XP everything went fine except one thing that i am not able to install my internet client its small program which connects u to ISP about 400kb. whenever i click on it to launch setup nothing happens i even tried command line approach but still nothing happens. can u tell me what could be the reason ??

Have u tried running the client in compatibility mode? To start the Program Compatibility Wizard, click Start, click Run, type hcp://system/compatctr/compatmode.htm, and click OK. And follow the instructions of the wizard.
