Remote Desktop Problem In VISTA

Hi Friends,
I am facing a big time problem as my remote desktop is not connecting to college server.error which it is showing is as follows:
<<The Remote session was disconnected because there are no Terminal Server client access license available to this computer.
please contact the server administrator.>>
Every1 is suggestin me to format my lapi which i dnt want.
Plzzz help me friends if you can.

are you member of any Domain or the VIsta installed under your laptop is set just for an work group network... also what is the vista version you have ??

Even I had faced this ptoblem with my office system on XP , this is a known problem in corporate networks. No need to format the HDD , check with your system admin.

If you want to connect immediately then use Ubuntu live cd as it has support for windows terminal server.
