Scanner problem!

I have bought Umax 5600 scanner today.But it gives me the following message.

you checked the bottom of the scanner for that switch? its a hardware security switch..

Toh ab tu nakli note chapega. Tere irade theek nahi hain isliye ye scanner nahin chal raha. Kuch to sharam kar :D
