How to Disable Window Firewall ?

Guys ,

I want to download (@ office ) stuffs using Torrent ( utorrent ) .
As soon as i start download it says
"Error opening Windows firewall: 0x80070005"
Surely this is coming coz my profile does not has sufficient privileges
to disable firewall.

Is there any way with which I can kill Firewall services. if possible
let me know any way to start downloading thru torrent clients.

is this problem with your home or office system,if home system logged in as administrator and open

controlpanel->network connections->right click on your internet connection->properties->advanced->settings->off

Well Buddy, this is a Office PC and Dont have the administrator password
to do all this.

I need something that will not require admin rights.
