Unable to install Cutter

I m unable to install Cutter in my windows xp earlier it use to install

perfectly but now when i try to install windows gives the following error

message :

plz help me to rectify this problem

Its because the program is trying to replace a file which may be in use already.

Uninstall the cutter and install again after a reboot.

Thanks for the reply but the Mp3 cutter never installs itself it just runs on

double click so there is some other kind of problem

The problem may be with the software/installer itself. Which version of MP3 Cutter?
