I will deposit the Indian ruppe in any Indian Bank..like SBI, ICICI, PNB and others.

What he wanna say is, If you want to get $1 in your account ( current value $1=38.5INR )

it is going to cost to $1.03 bcoz of transection fees involved.

So if some wnt to buy $100 from someones paypal account, then he must pay for the fee too, which will be aroung 3%, making it total $103

There is no transfer fee for paypal to paypal transfer.I simply want someone to transfer his/her paypal dollar to my paypal account.And in return I will deposit indian rupee at current exchange rate.Current paypal exchabge rate is around Rs. 38.06
