fone with camera

want a mobile fone SE or any non-nokia company with a camera.my budget is atmost 4000K.i got a nokia 1600 which i uses.can exchange also.
reason is not a power user of mobiles just for main functions and a camera for some snaps.

K510i-fits the best for me i think.also i got this 1600.what amount they deduce if for replacement?

coz of their easy usability coz ur not a power user
