Riding on the popularity of Shemaroo's new animation flick, 'Bal Ganesh', Zapak (film's online partner) has introduced its "Bal Ganesh Contest".
The "Bal Ganesh Contest", accessible at www.balganesh.zapak.com, is based on two fun games: 'Memory Mukabla' and 'Modak Madness'.
'Memory Mukabla' has grids with images hidden behind them. Players need to memorize positions of images, and match them by clicking. The lesser the time taken to match all the images, the higher is the player's score.
'Modak Madness' sees the player help Bal Ganesh collect his all time favorite -- modaks -- to win more points.
High scorers stand to win cool prizes including audio CDs, diaries, height charts, calendars, mouse pads, photo frames, jigsaw puzzles, and more from the 'Bal Ganesh' merchandise collection.
"While we have games based on blockbuster Hollywood, South Indian, and Bollywood flicks, these 'Bal Ganesh' games are the first animation movie-based games for us," said Rohit Sharma, chief operating officer of Zapak Digital Entertainment Limited.
"We've designed and developed 'Bal Ganesh' games to cater to our target audience, which is primarily kids, and hence the synergistic association with Zapak," said Smita Maroo, vice president (Animation Division) of Shemaroo Entertainment.
